We deliver beverages to grocery, drug, mass, dollar, and convenience stores, as well as restaurants, sporting venues, healthcare facilities, entertainment venues, schools, and e-commerce sites.
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform.
The actual duties required of this position will vary.
Meet with existing franchise partners to develop brand-specific annual sales and marketing plans.
Development of integrated marketing programs (Ex.
promotional programs, field resource support, field marketing, etc.
).
Establish franchise budgets and investment strategies to support sales and marketing initiatives:
Media Marketing Promotional Programs Sponsorships Identify emerging brands and categories that complement brand portfolio and add incremental profitability.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aimed at establishing emerging brands Participate in contract development and negotiations on targeted emerging brands Set up, forecast, and launch all innovation Prepare sell sheets for sales teams to execute, Track authorizations Collaborate with franchise partners to develop market-specific data and insights necessary to support targeted sales programs and promotions.
Opportunities for collaboration include:
Market Share Data Consumer Insights SKU Rationalization Process Digital Marketing Initiatives Responsible for PCBNY/PNB website content; Support where applicable.
Develop and communicate marketing initiatives (Ex.
Period Priorities).
Update PCBNY/PNB specific community support sponsorship efforts (Ex.
VOA).
Provide internal and external sales marketing support.
Develop local marketing programs against market assets (Ex.
NYY, MSG).
Prepare executive level meeting decks for trimester/branch meetings and AOP reviews.
Develop, update, and report the sales for frontline marketing program execution (Ex.
Innovation Tracking, Brand Introductions, Incentive Programs, Distribution Tracking, etc.
).
Manage, track, and communicate all brand incentive results to Retail sales team.
Complete Special Marketing Projects requested by Senior Mgmt.
(Ex.
Sponsorships, Community Events, etc.
).
Responsible for purchasing and tracking all POS and Merchandising equipment within budget.
Partner with Regional Accounts and franchise partners to develop impactful digital programs and promotions.
Update merchandising standards and own all corporate planograms.
Perform post-digital event analysis to drive learnings and improvements for future activity.
Identify and communicate Consumer and Marketplace trends.
Leverage Consumer knowledge and insights to monitor trends and set strategic direction.
Participate in industry trade and marketing associations (Ex.
NACS, Food Store News, etc.
).
Oversee graphics department and responsible for all print projects for PCBNY/PNB.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$90,700.
00 - $139,700.
